Team Parent “The Number One Team Assistant” Things You Can Do To Help Your Coaches 1.                  Schedule team concession workers. 2.                  Schedule parents to track plays during the game. (Use of Play Tracker) 3.                  Assist coach in distributing and collecting fundraising information, keeping track of who sold. 4.                  Prepare list of coaches, assistants, and players with phone numbers to distribute to team. 5.                  Help schedule team meetings after games. (3 times per season) 6.                  Schedule team pop/treats with other parents. 7.                  Bring concerns of parents to the coaching staff. 8.                  Help schedule parents to run chains and down marker. 9.                  Help schedule parents to help pick up trash after home games. 10.              Help organize banquet.
